Can I add additional copies to my pledge?
Yes, you can absolutely add additional copies to your pledge. All you have to do is add $59CA to your pledge for each copy you want. We will sort out the number of copies in the pledge manager. There will be no additional shipping added to your pledge for extra copies of the game.

The shipping prices to my region seems unreasonably high. What can we do to lower the cost?
Currently we are working on getting better prices for shipping to these countries: Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece. And we will definitely be in touch about that soon. But right now your best bet to lower your shipping is to get someone else to back the campaign with you. We are not charging extra shipping for game add-ons. That means the shipping price for 1 game to your address will be the same as 20 games to your address. All games added-on must be going to the same address to get this discount.

If I back Creature Comforts for $1, will I gain access to the pledge manager?
You absolutely will. But please keep in mind that if you back for $1 during the campaign, in your pledge manager each copy of the game will be a few dollars more expensive than if you back it during the campaign.
If you pledge for at least one game during the campaign, then additional copies added in the pledge manager remain at the same price of $59CAD for the KS version and $49CAD for the retail version.

Will the inserts hold sleeved cards?
The Comfort cards (63 x 88mm standard poker size) will fit in the inserts sleeved. These are the cards that will be the most frequently handled and shuffled during the game.
The Improvement, Traveler and Valley cards are unusual sizes and the insert is not designed to hold them sleeved.
We continue to work with Game Trayz to engineer the insert to the best functionality.

What are the card sizes?
Valley Cards: 170 x 90mm Comfort Cards: 63 x 88mm Traveller Cards: 80 x 120 mm Improvement Cards: 70 x 70mm
We do not have final numbers of cards yet. That information will come after we have completed the campaign.

Will Creature Comforts be localized into my language?
While we always strive to have our games published in as many languages as possible, right now we have secured agreements for French, German, and Spanish versions. KTBG doesn’t do the localization ourselves. We partner with other companies who have the appropriate distribution to sell games in their countries.
Should the opportunity arise to have the game published in any other languages before the end of the campaign we’ll let you know.
Should the opportunity arise to have the game published in another language during the pledge manager, we’ll allow you to choose the language you want.

Can you please print an add-on for components that have language in my language?
We want this game to be accessible to everyone. But please understand the cost of printing the entire game in another language is cost prohibitive for us. It is not affordable to print kickstarter versions in another language unless we also print a retail batch for that language, which means we need a distributor in that language region. So far we have secured French, German, and Spanish distributors, but we are working towards getting other language partners.
We have done what we can to make the game more accessible to Italian backers by offering translated rules and components as a free pdf download.
We will update this FAQ if we secure more language partners.

Will the add-on extra wooden bits fit into the insert?
The answer to this is no. We have packed so much into this game, the extra bits will not fit. We are offering the extra wooden bits as an add-on during the campaign because we always get many requests afterward to buy our awesome wooden bits!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
